1. Introduction
Welcome to Sound Bridge Hub. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sound Bridge Hub is a digital asset marketplace that connects buyers and creators selling audio previews, MP3 tracks, and PDF sheet music.
2. Seller Terms & Stripe Connect
Sellers must apply and obtain approval from administrators before posting products. By onboarding as a seller, you agree to connect your account using Stripe Connect Express. Sound Bridge Hub deducts a platform fee from each transaction, and the net earnings are transferred to your connected bank account according to Stripe Connect terms.
3. Digital Content & Licensing
When buying an asset (MP3 or PDF), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal or approved commercial purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property. Audio previews are for preview purposes only; copying or redistributing preview files is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided once a file has been downloaded. However, if a file is corrupt and cannot be opened or played, you may submit a refund request to our administrators within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be returned via your original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct
Sellers represent and warrant that they own or hold all necessary rights to the files they upload. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, product removal, and a permanent ban. Users agree not to attempt to bypass secure S3 download URL generation.
