Your information is used to facilitate digital asset downloads, process payments, verify seller profiles, prevent fraudulent transactions, improve our localized content, and ensure secure authentication. We also log download attempts to protect intellectual property.
3. Third-Party Services & Cookies
We use third-party services like Better Auth for user sessions and Stripe for processing payments and onboarding payouts. These services may set cookies on your browser to keep you logged in and detect fraudulent behaviors. We do not sell your personal data to marketing companies.
4. Data Security
We prioritize your data security. Your files are stored in private AWS S3 / MinIO buckets, and accesses are strictly guarded via time-limited presigned download URLs. We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and follow Next.js route guard security patterns.
5. Your Rights & Retention
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We retain your information as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, or Stripe reporting obligations.
